Potton launch unique “try before you buy” service

Self build market leader, Potton, has teamed up with the owners of a beautiful self built B&B on the North Cornish coast to give prospective clients the chance to experience life in a Potton home at first hand.

Beautifully tailored Lambley Park, near Bude on the Devon/Cornwall border was completed last year by owners Alan and Andrea Middleton. Built to their own design, with help from Potton experts, it incorporates some of the latest technology to provide a supremely comfortable, energy efficient modern country house with five en-suite guest bedrooms.

Andrea and Alan are happy to talk through their build experience with potential Potton customers and also show them all the technologies they’ve used – from under floor heating to an amazing central vacuuming system.
