Barratt unveils images of new Wells development

Barratt is gearing up for the launch of its brand new development in Wells which the five star developer says is already creating high levels of interest locally.
Sales director Andrea Pilgrim said a lack of new homes in Wells and the arrival of Barratt have generated tremendous interest in Cathedral Walk ahead of the October launch.
“Interest has been so high since we confirmed details of the new development that we have started taking reservations from our Houndwood development in nearby Street,’’ said Andrea. “We’ve found pent-up demand for brand new homes and we’ve just unveiled images of how the homes will look which has ignited interest still further.’’
Barratt will be offering a range of two, three and four bedroom homes at Cathedral Walk, on the site of the former Clare’s factory, with the first phase including the three bedroom Finchley and four bedroom Woodbridge designs.
“We’re delighted with how the homes are going to look and how they will complement the surroundings,’’ said Andrea. “The homes at Cathedral Walk have been designed to offer buyers houses with a distinct and individual modern character.’’
Once complete there will be 88 new homes at the development offering the very latest in Barratt design.
