The impressive selection of two, three and four-bedroom bedroom properties is already generating a buzz among property-seekers looking for their dream home in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside.

It’s easy to see why these new homes are likely to be in demand, as Jasmine Gardens benefits from a tranquil, yet well-connected, village setting within easy reach of both Worcester and Birmingham.

Taylor Wimpey is investing more than £360,000 in local community facilities as part of the development including £157,758 for public open space in the area, £84,784 towards local education facilities, £72,361 for improvements to Droitwich Leisure Centre, £23,785 to improve facilities for cyclists, £18,567 to enhance transport infrastructure and services, £5,325 for public art and £2,683 towards recycling.

Under Help to Buy, the Government provides eligible purchasers with a loan of up to 20% to help them secure new-build homes up to the value of £600,000. The initiative is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners, and there is no salary cap for customers taking advantage of the scheme.

Wychbold is an attractive village which is home to a store with post office and a hotel, while a wider range of shops and amenities can be found two miles away in Droitwich Spa, and Bromsgrove, which is around three miles from home.

Wychbold First and Nursery School caters for children aged three to nine years old, and was rated ‘good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection, while schools for older children are found in Droitwich Spa and Bromsgrove. Bromsgrove School and Dodderhill School are both independent schools which are also within easy reach of Jasmine Gardens.
