Morris Homes opens new Hyde development

Morris Homes has opened its new development in Hyde, with a selection of three and four-bedroom new build properties now available to buyers at The Parks.

Upon completion there will be 102 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes at the development, which provides buyers with an easy commute into Manchester and Stockport.

The first range of properties are now on sale at the Bennett Street development, which includes the stunning four-bedroom detached Appleton family home.

Buyers can purchase a home at The Parks using the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme, which means they only need a 5% deposit to get onto or move up the property ladder. A further 20% of the deposit is provided by the Government in the form of a loan, which is interest free for five years.
