Savvy home-hunters will soon be able to take a look at what life could be like at Beaumont Meadow, Taylor Wimpey’s prestigious new development in Warwick.

The leading housebuilder is gearing up for October’s grand unveiling of two showhomes – the impressive four-bedroom ‘Bradenham’ and the magnificent five-bedroom ‘Lavenham’ detached properties – at this highly sought-after development of three, four and five-bedroom homes.

As part of its plans for Beaumont Meadow, Taylor Wimpey is also bringing a host of benefits to the local community, including a new community centre and the creation of public open space on site, plus improvements to local roads.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re really looking forward to unveiling our new showhomes at Beaumont Meadow, and I would encourage would-be buyers to pay us a visit when they are launched over the weekend of Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th October.

“We’re also delighted to be investing in facilities for the local area, reflecting our belief that building a new homes development is about more than just providing high-quality properties for people to live in – it is about giving homebuyers the chance to be part of a thriving community.”

The current release of homes at Beaumont Meadow includes four and five-bedroom homes from £424,995.
The four-bedroom ‘Langdale’ detached house, for example, is priced from £424,995 and boasts a contemporary kitchen/breakfast/family room and a spacious lounge, both opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a separate dining room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom. Outside, there is a double garage and additional driveway parking.

Beaumont Meadow benefits from Taylor Wimpey’s ‘gold specification’ house types, featuring extra detailing on the exterior design of the properties and upgraded kitchens, giving you the best homes in a fantastic location.

The Government’s new Help to Buy shared equity scheme is available at the development, allowing first-time buyers and existing homeowners to purchase their new home for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%. The initiative is available on all new-build homes priced up to £600,000 and there is no salary cap for customers taking advantage of the scheme.

The NewBuy initiative, meanwhile, gives credit-worthy purchasers in a variety of circumstances the chance to access their ideal home with a 95% mortgage.

Beaumont Meadow enjoys an appealing semi-rural location on the edge of historic Warwick, and is only a stone’s-throw away from attractive open countryside and one of Britain’s oldest racecourses.

Just one mile away from the development’s scenic setting are the boutique shops, bars, restaurants and pubs of Warwick’s atmospheric town centre, where medieval buildings and modern amenities offer an appealing blend of old and new.

A selection of well-regarded schools for children of all ages is available within easy reach of Beaumont Meadow, and there’s also a wide range of sports and leisure facilities available nearby.

Commuters will appreciate Warwick’s superb links to the rest of the Midlands and further afield via the M40 and M42, while Warwick and Warwick Parkway railway stations provide direct services to Birmingham and London.

To be among the first to see the stunning new showhomes at Beaumont Meadow, located off Academy Drive, Warwick, property-seekers should attend the launch weekend on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th October between 11am and 5pm.

In the meantime, reservations are currently being taken from Taylor Wimpey’s nearby Warwick Chase development, off the A429 Stratford Road, Warwick, CV34 6RA, and open daily from 11am until 5pm.
