Property-seekers can discover more about the stunning range of homes available at Taylor Wimpey’s Jasmine Gardens development in Wychbold, Worcestershire, when the site is officially unveiled.

By visiting the new Sales Cabin, which opens on Saturday 26th October, visitors to this exciting new homes development will be able to browse detailed plans for the full selection of impressive two, three and four-bedroom properties – and take their pick from the first available plots.

They’ll also be able to find out about Taylor Wimpey’s range of helpful incentives for purchasers in a range of circumstances.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are incredibly excited about the eagerly-anticipated launch of Jasmine Gardens, with the new Sales Cabin opening on Saturday 26th October.

“With the development already generating huge levels of interest from potential purchasers, I’d urge anyone hoping to find their perfect property here to visit us without delay – or risk missing out.”

The new Government-backed Help to Buy shared equity scheme will be available at Jasmine Gardens, enabling homebuyers to take their pick from a choice of stunning new homes for just 80% of their full price – including a 5% deposit.

Under Help to Buy, the Government provides eligible purchasers with a loan of up to 20% to help them secure new-build homes up to the value of £600,000. The initiative is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners, and there is no salary cap for customers taking advantage of the scheme.

The new homes at Jasmine Gardens have been carefully designed to reflect the architectural features of properties in this delightful corner of Worcestershire.

The development enjoys a tree-lined location close to the amenities of the attractive village of Wychbold, which is home to a post office, a convenience store, a pub, a petrol station and a hotel.

There’s also a community centre as well as sports pitches and a children’s play area, while Webbs of Wychbold garden centre is also located just to the north of the village.

Wychbold First and Nursery School caters for children aged three to nine years old, and was rated ‘good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection.

Meanwhile, a wider range of shops, leisure and entertainment opportunities, as well as schools for older children, can be found two miles away in Droitwich Spa, and in Bromsgrove, which is around three miles from home. Bromsgrove School and Dodderhill School are both independent schools which are also within easy reach of Jasmine Gardens.

Commuters will appreciate Wychbold’s close proximity to junction 5 of the M5, for quick links to the M42, Worcester and Birmingham, while bus services between Droitwich Spa and Bromsgrove, and between Birmingham and Worcester, stop close to the development.

To be among the first to view details of the new homes at Jasmine Gardens, property-seekers should attend the launch of the development on Saturday 26th October between 10am and 5pm

The Sales Cabin is located in Worcester Road, Wychbold, WR9 7PE, and will be open thereafter Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm.
