New phase of homes unveiled at New Broughton Village in Salford
The first 12 properties of a major new phase at Countryside Properties’ ever-popular New Broughton Village development in Salford have been released.
Countryside Properties is giving early bird buyers the chance to get the pick of the plots of the much-anticipated new three and four bedroom homes at its flourishing community development just a mile from Manchester city centre. Prices start at just £154,950.
As the sixth phase of the flagship regeneration scheme, the developer is introducing four of its most popular house designs for the first time at New Broughton Village.
