Hyundai’s big heart is Getz shaped

Hyundai has given the British Heart Foundation (BHF) a boost by donating a brand new Getz as the star prize for the organisation’s annual nation-wide fundraising Heart Nurse Prize Draw.

Hyundai’s generous gift of a new 1.1 GSI 3dr Getz was delivered to draw-winning BHF supporter, Mr T Hulme, from Gisleham, near Lowestoft in Suffolk.

Lucky Mr Hulme accepted his new car with delight, and expressed his great surprise at winning such a valuable – and useful – gift.

The BHF prize draw is a very important way for the BHF to raise funds for its valuable work, as supporters include a donation when entering the draw. Last year this raised almost £400,000 – a figure the foundation expects to exceed this year.

The money will go to the funding and training of 30 Heart Nurses to supplement the existing 200 nurses supported by the BHF.
