Win colour-changing smart lights from Philips worth over £300!

18th December 2013 Print

Ever wondered how great it would be if you could transform the ambience of your living room to match your mood, and go from cosy night in to disco dinner party at a swipe of a finger? Now you can, thanks to the revolutionary Philips hue lighting system. The easy-to-use Philips hue app controls the hue bulbs in your home using WiFi, so that you can change the lighting in your bedroom from bright white light when getting ready to go out to a soft purple haze if you're getting ready for a romantic night in.

Philips is giving you the chance to win a selection of Philips hue products worth over £300. Here’s how to enter:

1.Submit a colourful / inspirational picture which you would like to recreate in your home using Friends of hue
2.Submit a comment to accompany the image saying what is special about the picture, and why you should win.
3.The competition is live and will continue until 19th December, with a total of thirty kits to be won!

With hue, you’ll have over 16 million lighting tones to choose from to impress friends and family. If you’re having a few people over, you can sync your hue lighting system to match the music you’re playing or you can use photos from a special time together as inspiration for the light setting for your soirée. It even helps you get ready for the day ahead by letting you tune the hue lights to mimic your very own sunrise to wake you up, and wind-down from a busy day by sensing you’re almost home and turning the lights on.

Enter now to be in with a chance to win the fantastic prize: a Philips hue starter kit, LightStrips and LivingColors Bloom Friends of hue.

Launched earlier this year the Philips ‘Friends of hue’ accessories, the LivingColors Bloom and LightStrips, work seamlessly with Philips hue, allowing you to add warm accents, splashes of colour or design features throughout your home.

You can get involved by going to on.fb.me/1joLueT and submitting your own images, or Tweet or Instagram using the hashtag #hueinspired.
