House-hunters who missed out on securing their ideal property at Taylor Wimpey’s Billington Grove development in Leighton Buzzard will have another chance when a brand new selection of homes is released for sale.

The previous phase of the development proved incredibly popular with savvy homebuyers keen to reserve their choice of the one, two, three, four and five-bedroom properties on offer in a great location for commuters.

A fresh collection of homes will be released for sale on Saturday 11th January and prospective purchasers are being urged to attend the launch weekend to ensure they don’t miss out on their ideal property.

Steve Rolt, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Property-seekers have been wowed by the homes we have on offer at Billington Grove and this new phase will offer would-be buyers another chance to snap up their perfect place.

“I would encourage anyone who is interested in a home at this popular development to come along on Saturday 11th January – or they could risk missing out!”

To make securing their perfect property even easier, purchasers can benefit from the Help to Buy scheme at the development, which means eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can secure a Government loan for 20% of its full price – meaning they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Billington Grove lies on the edge of the picturesque Bedfordshire countryside, yet just over a mile from Leighton Buzzard town centre and within easy reach of excellent commuter routes.

Leighton Buzzard boasts an appealing variety of independent stores, boutiques, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and bars alongside a wide range of high street retailers and supermarkets, while open-air markets including a popular farmers’ market are hosted regularly in the town.

The town also offers a selection of baby and toddler groups, nurseries and schools for children of all ages, while Billington Grove is also ideally placed for the region’s excellent transport links, with the A5 and M1 close by and regular rail services operating from Leighton Buzzard station to London Euston in 45 minutes, as well as to Milton Keynes, Northampton and Birmingham.

The new phase of homes at Billington Grove will be launched on Saturday 11th January, between 10am and 5pm. The Sales Centre, located in Kestrel Way, off Billington Road, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 9HH, is also open daily between the same times (Mondays 1.30pm to 5pm). Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
