In and around Dalaman, Turkey
When choosing your Turkish break, it’s important to understand what the various resorts and districts have on offer. If you’re after some shopping opportunities, head to Fethiye, where the markets and bijou shops are crammed with trinkets and souvenirs that would look perfect in your home. Stock up on fragrant spices and great value jewellery that you’d have to spend a fortune to buy back home.
Enjoy one of the many excursions that operate from the Dalaman area to enjoy some of the local culture, history and architecture that the region has to offer. The renowned World Heritage site of Ephesus is within easy daytripping distance too, which will place you in a prime position to appreciate ancient civilisations that were once prolific in the area.
