Housebuilder Miller Homes Midlands is officially launching its latest development and unveiling a brand new showhome in Kidderminster.

The first visitors will be welcomed to Sutton Goldings off Sutton Park Road on Saturday 8 February, when the new showhome will open its doors for the first time.

As well as viewing plans for a variety of three, four and five-bedroom homes planned for the development, house buyers will also have the opportunity to look around the expertly designed four-bedroom Glenmuir style showhome.

Featuring a large bay window in the lounge and an open plan kitchen and dining area complete with a separate utility room, the Glenmuir is a perfect family home offering an ensuite to the master bedroom and a garage.

Pat Kimber, Sales Manager at Miller Homes Midlands, said: “We are delighted to officially open the Sutton Goldings development and the new showhome. This house really shows off the latest interior trends and gives buyers a chance to see exactly what they are able to do with the space and layout of our homes.

“The development is surrounded by local parks and woodland areas and the tree-lined streets and close proximity to local amenities make it a great location to settle down in.”

Sutton Goldings is in a much sought after neighbourhood and with prices starting from £196,950, a number of purchase options are available to make the moving process both flexible and offer even greater value for money, including the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme.

This means buyers can purchase a property with only a 5% deposit. The remaining 20% of the purchase price is provided in the form of an equity loan from the Government.

Help to Buy loans are provided by the Government's Homes & Community Agency (HCA) and are secured over your new home. Your Home May Be Repossessed If You Do Not Keep Up Repayments On A Mortgage Or Any Other Debt Secured On It.

Pat went on to say: “We have just announced plans to build over 450 new homes in the Midlands and six of these new developments will be based in the west of the region.

“Alongside Sutton Goldings new homes will be built in Shirley, Knowle, Worcester, Clifton-on-Teme and Tutbury, so we are expecting 2014 to be a busy year.”
