Delph Property Group sees launch sales success in Bristol

Delph Property Group is celebrating a successful first fortnight of sales at its two Cabot Circus developments, as buyers return to the housing marketing in Bristol city centre and the sector continues to improve.

A surge of demand has seen 30% of the 53 apartments that went on sale in January already sold, 10 of which were purchased within the first seven days of being on the market.

These positive results support the optimistic expectations for the 2014 housing market and suggest a renewed confidence from potential buyers. Delph Property Group credits its successful launch with the development’s attractive central location, which offers buyers potential capital growth in the future and ultimately a sense of security in a previously unsteady market place.

Following the successful launch, there are still a number of modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartments available in the Eclipse building. Each apartment boasts floor to ceiling windows and balconies that offer stunning views of the city skyline, use of concierge service and communal terrace and are available from £280,000.

Richard Forman, sales and marketing director at Delph Property Group, said: “The huge surge of interest we’ve seen from buyers since launching in January has been extremely encouraging and is a real sign that the property market is continuing to improve in Bristol. The apartments available at Horizon and Eclipse offer buyers a real opportunity to invest in the area as the market continues to grow. With only a limited number of properties left to sell in both buildings, we are urging prospective buyers to get in touch before it’s too late.”

For more information about the remaining properties available at Horizon and Eclipse, visit the marketing suite 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm. Or visit eclipsebristol.com or horizonbristol.com.
