A leading house builder is inviting North West househunters to jump to the front of the queue for new properties to be launched next month in Radcliffe.

Persimmon Homes is set to unveil a range of practical apartments and family homes at its new Hardy’s Gate development in the town – and expects a flurry of off-plan reservations as soon as the plots are released.

David Hodgson, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes North West, said: “Recently we’ve noticed a definite increase in demand across this region, with confidence returning to the North West housing market.

“Hardy’s Gate will provide homes with between one and four bedrooms, to appeal to a wide range of buyers. Because interest is already high, we are inviting people to register their details so they can be the very first to know when we are ready to release the homes for sale.

“Buying off-plan, before even a single brick has been laid, might seem strange, but it is often the best way to secure your preferred plot at a terrific pre-showhome price.

“Reserving early also means you have chance to tailor some aspects of the property, such as selecting kitchen cupboard doors and worktops from our Finishing Touches range of options.”

The Government’s equity loan scheme, Help to Buy, will be available at Hardy’s Gate, enabling purchasers to secure their new home with just a five per cent deposit.

Anyone with an existing property to sell could also access Persimmon’s Home Change scheme, where the company uses all its expertise and contacts to market the old house for the buyer, making moving quicker and cheaper.

David added: “Prospective purchasers are invited to register their interest now. Simply call 0161 746 3737 or complete our ‘keep me updated’ form on the Persimmon Homes website to make sure you are first to find out when the properties are released for sale.”
