Udi’s Gluten Free headline sponsor for The Allergy & Free From Show

The Allergy & Free From Show, Europe’s largest event for families living with allergies or intolerances, has revealed Udi’s Gluten Free as the headline sponsor for its 2014 London show (Olympia, 4 – 6 July).

Boulder Brands UK Ltd launched the number one selling gluten-free brand in the US and Canada, Udi’s into the UK in October 2013, with initial rollout into Tesco stores. Following a hugely successful launch and with wider distribution partnerships including Asda, Sainsbury’s and Ocado now underway, Udi’s Gluten Free is already a major player on the UK ‘free from’ scene. From freshly baked gluten-free bagels, soft brown and white sandwich bread, tasty muffins, crisps, granola, fruity breakfast bars, and mince pies, the pioneering product range provides gluten free solutions for every occasion.

Akin to its new headline sponsor, The Allergy & Free From Show has shown rapid growth over the past 4 years. Visitor numbers for the three-day show have risen from 4,000 in 2010 to just shy of 22,000 in 2013, with exhibitor numbers jumping from 54 to 242 over the same period. Over 30,000 are expected to attend the 2014 event, which will take place at the iconic Grand Hall at Olympia, and co-locate with sister shows V Delicious, Love Natural Love Organic and The Back Pain Show.

The growth of the show is a testament to the increasing demand for ‘free from’ food and lifestyle products, which has been fuelled by dramatic rises in allergies, intolerances and related conditions amongst the UK population.

The show offers the best ‘free from’ products on the market (food, drink, skin, hair, domestic), as well as a plethora of educational and entertaining talks and demonstrations, across several theatres, led by internationally-recognised experts.
