House builder Lovell has chosen a new development in Skipton to unveil its latest house designs.

Lovell is bringing 57 new homes to Lambert Hills, located on the site of the former offices of Craven District Council on Granville Street, which will feature all new house styles, including three, four and five-bedroom homes and one and two-bedroom apartments.

Francesca Healey, Sales Adviser at Lambert Hills, comments: “We’ve selected Lambert Hills to reveal the latest house styles in our portfolio and all homes will feature our new designs, which focus on spacious living, more square footage and high specification finishes.

“Ensuring there is a design to fit all tastes and budgets, we have three, four and five-bedroom homes on two, three and four-storeys, as well as a number of one and two-bedroom apartments.

“We also have a range of interior layout designs, from open-plan to the more traditional, so there is a home to suit every lifestyle at Lambert Hills.

“In particular, our three, four and five-bedroom homes have been designed with family life in mind and benefit from large family rooms, combined kitchen and dining areas and spacious living rooms, while many also feature a study for those working from home.

“Close attention has also been paid to the exterior of the new homes to ensure both the design and materials echo the character of this traditional Yorkshire town and fit comfortably alongside the area’s existing building.

“Buyers have already shown that they are eager to own one of our new homes and we have been overwhelmed by the interest they have shown in this new development.”

All homes feature Lovell’s renowned high specification finishes, including a stylish fully fitted kitchen with integrated cooking appliances and sleek modern bathroom.

Selected house styles also benefit from a single garage.

Earlier this year Skipton was named the best place to live in Britain by the Sunday Times, thanks to its top class schools and buzzing high street.

Francesca adds: “We’re proud to be bringing this collection of new homes to the town voted Britain’s best place to live and we think that the family-friendly design of the development, convenient location and the spacious homes will really strike a chord with the area’s buyers.

“In fact, we’ve had an incredible response from home buyers already and a number have reserved homes off-plan in order to not miss out on their preferred plot and house style.

“Those who are keen to find out more can now make an appointment to view the floor plans of these new homes and to discover more about the development.”

The Lambert Hills show homes will open at 10am on Saturday 26th July.
