There's the chance for one lucky buyer to move straight into a readymade home in Audenshaw – all they’ll need to pack is their personal belongings.

Elan Homes is removing the need for removals by offering a furniture package with the final home at its popular Parklands development. It means that the four-bedroom detached Hebden is now ready to move into.

Carpets have been fitted and floor tiles laid, light fittings are also included along with blinds to windows at the front of the property.

The Hebden is fully furnished with all the home essentials including sofas, dining table and chairs, bedsides and beds plus fitted wardrobe to master bedroom.

With Help to Buy also available, it’s the ideal starter home.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “Buying a home is one of life’s biggest expenses and when you’re starting out there’s lots of things you need to buy. But one lucky buyer will find that they have cash to spare as we’re including furniture in the price of the Hebden. It means they won’t have to worry about measuring up to see what would fit or arranging removals. Instead they can move in and start enjoying life in their new home straight away.”

The Hebden is available from £239,995 or an initial outlay of £191,995 with Help to Buy. The Government backed scheme makes homeownership easier to afford by offering customers the chance to take out an equity loan for up to 20% of the price. The equity loan is interest free for five years and, as Help to Buy customers typically only need a 5% deposit, savings of around £12,000 could be enough for a downpayment on the Hebden.

Help to Buy isn’t just for first time buyers, but can also be used by other purchasers as long as they have sold their previous property subject to contract.
An impressive double fronted home, the Hebden comprises a spacious lounge to the front, contemporary kitchen/dining/ family room at the rear with patio doors leading to the garden. A utility and WC complete the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite with the remaining three bedrooms sharing the family bathroom

Located on Audenshaw Road, with a primary school within walking distance, the homes at Parklands are ideally placed for families.

It’s also well suited to commuters as Manchester city centre is just a short journey away by road or rail thanks to easy access to the motorway network and a Metrolink stop in nearby Droylsden.

The Peak District beauty of Glossop is within easy reach, offering homeowners the chance to escape to the country.
