With fashion week’s proceeding across the globe in September, design trends for 2015 are also a hot topic in the interiors world; with manufacturers looking ahead and predicting purchaser demands for the year to come.

David Bigland, managing director of luxury vinyl flooring manufacturer Moduleo UK and Eire, describes how he anticipates more abstract products will begin to captivate consumers.

He explains: “This is the perfect time of year to start reflecting on which products have really made an impact or where trends seem to be heading; and we already have some exciting concepts based on retailer and consumer feedback.

“Instead of traditional planks, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) may see a shift into smaller squares; and we are also looking to branch out from simple origins into more organic and design led flooring.”

Moduleo is consistently moving into new sectors having recently launched its innovative new Impress range which features five new wood designs with 22 colour options. Each tile in the Impress collection features registered embossing for the ultimate in realistic design.

David continues: “Design is at the forefront of Moduleo’s ethos and as we continue to explore new trends and move into new divisions, we will continue to be market leading in terms of eco-friendly flooring.”

Moduleo produces a diverse range of vinyl floor tiles in a large selection of colours and finishes. Moduleo products are available in both a traditional LVT construction and a simple-to-install Click system which offers added flexibility. By investing in innovative manufacturing techniques, Moduleo is proud to be a leader of this industry while also offering an environmentally-friendly option for consumers.

David concludes: “As consumers continue to invest more into their homes, making a statement with flooring is now more important than ever; and here at Moduleo we predict the future is definitely heading in a much more artistic direction.”
