Under new ownership, The Sundy House in Delray Beach will undergo renovations starting October 2014. An iconic Palm Beach hotel, The Chesterfield Palm Beach, has recently announced several packages for the holidays including an overnight Thanksgiving package starting at just $334 per night. As part of the new “Waldorf Astoria Driving Experiences,” Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, is offering guests the chance to experience one of the most scenic drives in South Florida from the driver's seat of world famous supercars. The Four Seasons Food Truck will be making its stop in The Palm Beaches Oct. 30 through Nov. 4 as part of its Taste Tour along the coast traveling from Boston to Miami. The culinary team at the Four Seasons Palm Beach has crafted a unique menu for its portion of the tour, highlighting some of the best flavors of the area and local chef favorites such as the spicy Vampiros Steak Tacos. Attractions: 

The Society of the Four Arts recently announced an exciting season of cultural programming, including more than 360 events that celebrate the four arts (art, music, drama and literature). This will be the first season under the leadership of David W. Breneman, a nationally recognized expert on higher education. Among this season's events is a new series of high definition telecasts from the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, one of the greatest music and dance stages in the world with more than 250 dancers. On Sept. 23, visitors to the Norton Museum of Art will find a new lobby installation by British artist Terry Haggerty. In addition, a collection titled Renaissance to Rococo: European Collection Highlights will be on view through January 11, and re?installed works from the museum's American Art Collection, which will use five galleries instead of four. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts recently announced Lee Wolf and Steven Caras will serve again as cochairs for the Center's popular 2014–2015 ArtSmart Lunch & Learn series.  The series of three continuing arts education events includes lively lectures presented during lunch. The Creative City Collaborative recently announced that Todd Barkan will be the new Programming Director for Arts Garage in Delray Beach. The Malayan tiger habitat at the Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society is undergoing construction to more than double in size, as the Zoo announces its newest corporate sponsor, Braman Motorcars Palm Beach & Jupiter. The Zoo's two Malayan tigers, male Keemasan Mata and female Berapi Api, both reside in the Australia/Asia section of the Zoo, which is where the new habitat will be located. On Sept. 30, the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens will unveil its Japanese Design for the Senses: Beauty, Form, and Function exhibit. Each component features objects designed and crafted to be both beautiful and functional.  Inspired by Obon, Japan's traditional three?day holiday honoring ancestors, Morikami celebrates by hosting the Lantern Festival on a fun?packed evening on Oct. 18. Event highlights include rousing taiko drum performances, traditional Japanese folk dancing, a street fair with games and vendor booths. Palm Beach's hottest restaurant, Buccan, has hired its first?ever pastry chef, Antonia Grandberry from BLT Steak in Miami to bring items to the menu such as a Butterscotch Soaked Carrot Cake and a Popcorn Sundae, a combination of bourbon bacon crackerjack, salted caramel and chocolate crumble with the menu changing frequently.  More exciting news from Buccan, the restaurant will introduce a takeout?only sandwich shop, Pressed at Buccan, next door to the restaurant open daily for lunch and offering cold and pressed sandwiches like a Steak and Cheese sandwich featuring braised shortrib, calabrian cherry peppers, fontina, and caramelized sweet onions as well as salads and unique sides. buccanpalmbeach.com

Jupiter's Harbourside Place, the multi?use shopping, dining and entertainment project is scheduled to open in October with a grand opening set for December.
