House-hunters in Cornwall are being offered a fresh opportunity to discover their ideal home at Taylor Wimpey’s Trevenson Meadows development in Newquay.

A new selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes has been released for sale by the leading housebuilder in response to significant demand from property-seekers in the area.

Janine Copleston, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Judging by the interest we’re already receiving from prospective purchasers, this latest collection of properties looks set to repeat the fantastic success of previous phases at Trevenson Meadows.

“I’d urge anyone hoping to snap up one of these fabulous homes to get in quick – before someone else beats them to it!”

The latest phase at Trevenson Meadows includes three-bedroom houses priced from just £194,995 and four-bedroom homes from £229,995.

Two-bedroom apartments are also available, priced from only £149,995.

The superb three-bedroom ‘Chichester’, for example, is on sale from just £194,995 and boasts a spacious living/dining room with French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two additional bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside there’s driveway parking.

Meanwhile the wonderful four-bedroom ‘Penmark’, priced from only £279,995, offers a large open-plan kitchen/breakfast/family room with a living room, a dining room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs there’s a well-appointed master bedroom with en-suite facilities, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom. A garage and driveway parking can be found outside.

To make choosing one of these high-quality homes even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a variety of helpful homebuyer incentives for purchasers in a range of circumstances.

Help to Buy, for example, enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

The scheme is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for Help to Buy customers.

Trevenson Meadows enjoys a quiet, semi-rural setting in Trencreek just a mile and a half from Newquay town centre.

Newquay is a top destination for surfers with sandy beaches and excellent quality bathing waters, and also offers watersports of every kind.

There are also breathtaking coastal walks, a zoo and leisure park, fantastic sports facilities and a wide range of shops, pubs and places to eat.

Families will appreciate there are schools for all ages within walking distance of the development, and a Morrisons supermarket close by.

Meanwhile, Newquay is well connected with the rest of Cornwall’s historic towns, beaches and attractions, with the A30 just a few miles from home.
