Ongoing demand for new homes in Tameside has resulted in Taylor Wimpey selling out of plots for 2014 at the new Kings Grange development in Audenshaw; and the homebuilder is urging prospective buyers to move fast to secure a property in 2015.

Sales uptake, combined with the availability of financial incentives has left Taylor Wimpey Manchester sold out on a number of key developments for this year, with some as far forward sold as June 2015.

Chloe Dunn, head of sales for Taylor Wimpey Manchester says: “We’re keen to highlight that anybody who may be interested in Kings Grange, will need to act swiftly – even if you aren’t looking to move for another six to 12 months.

“We only launched the development at the start of this year so we’re thrilled to be in this enviable position already.”

Chloe describes how schemes like Help to Buy have been instrumental in the development’s early success, as both first-time buyers and upsizers in the area, were suddenly in a position to progress quicker on the property ladder.

The government-backed initiative enables prospective buyers to purchase properties valued at up to £600,000 with just five per cent deposit, while also benefitting from a 20 per cent equity loan.

Kings Grange is located on Kings Road in Audenshaw and currently features a collection of two, three and four bedroom designs from £135,995, or £108,796 when bought with Help to Buy.

Chloe concludes: “Anybody interested in securing a new home at Kings Grange should visit the development and speak with our sales team who will be able to take you through your options.”
