The Welcombe Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire has developed a new range of conference lunches designed around “brain food” to help keep delegates productive for after lunch sessions. The new Executive Chef, Gary Lissemore, has created an inspired lunch menu with fresh fish, salads, superfoods and fruits to ensure delegates feel wide awake and stimulated.
