Introducing the Scandi Bird winter terrace at Bluebird

This winter, Bluebird is bringing a slice of Scandinavia to Chelsea with the arrival of Scandi Bird, a pop-up terrace and bar in association with Belvedere Vodka.  

In place from 24th November until Christmas Eve, Scandi-Bird will be a Nordic-inspired Christmas haven in the heart of SW3. Christmas trees and twinkling lights will adorn the courtyard with reindeer skins and blankets available to keep guests warm. A glamorous focal bar will serve a selection of Belvedere cocktails such as Vinter Sval (Belvedere vodka, lime, mint, strawberry puree, sugar, rose liqueur and elderflower cordial) and Min Alkskling (Belvedere, Chambord, hot chocolate and raspberry puree) as well as the traditional Scandinavian Mulled Wine ‘Glögg’.

To accompany the cocktails, Head Chef of The Café Robert Izdebski has created a Scandi-inspired snack menu full of clean flavours and interesting textures. Sample dishes include Gravadlax with rye bread and dill sauce; Meatballs with cream and cranberry sauce; and the Scandi-dog, served with crispy onions and house relish. Moreish sweet snacks will include Risgrynsgröt (rice pudding) with cinnamon and butter and Swedish pancakes served with berry compote and crème fraiche. 

Scandi-Bird will also be available to hire privately for a festive soirée, or networking evening.
