The wait is over for discerning house-hunters who are hoping to snap up a stunning new home at The Larches, Taylor Wimpey’s latest collection of properties at The Parks development in Bracknell.

This hotly-anticipated new phase, comprising three, four and five-bedroom detached houses, offers a fresh chance for homebuyers to find their perfect property within this peaceful, tree-lined development.

Emma Jones, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are thrilled to unveil this fabulous collection of new homes at The Parks, which is already generating a great deal of interest from savvy buyers.

“By acting now, home-hunters can be among the first to choose their favourite plot and make sure someone else doesn’t beat them to it!”

Among the first release of plots at The Larches are the three-bedroom ‘Larch’, priced at just £385,000, the four-bedroom ‘Pearson’, priced at £475,000, and the five-bedroom ‘Yorke’, available for £575,000.

A handsome double-fronted home, the ‘Yorke’ boasts a dual-aspect drawing room and a spacious kitchen/breakfast room – both opening through French doors to the private rear garden – with a dining room, a utility room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

A magnificent central staircase leads to a well-appointed master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing area, plus three further bedrooms – one with an en-suite shower room – and a fifth bedroom that could alternatively be used as a study. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and driveway parking.

All new homes at The Larches at The Parks are finished to a high standard specification, including energy-efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

To make choosing one of these high-quality homes even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives.

Help to Buy, for example, enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of the full price of their new home, so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

Located only a mile from Bracknell town centre, The Parks is well placed for a wide selection of supermarkets and leisure amenities, including Princess Square Shopping Centre, plus a choice of cafes, bars and restaurants.

The development also benefits from a wealth of open space on the doorstep, with acres of public parkland being created alongside the new home for residents to enjoy.

Families will appreciate that local schools have an excellent reputation, and for commuters, the railway station is a mile from the development, offering regular services to London’s Waterloo and Paddington in 60 minutes, and Reading in just 20 minutes. The M3 and M4 are accessible via the location’s good road links.

House-hunters interested in the new homes at The Larches can visit the Sales Information Centre, located off Hawk Lane, Bracknell, RG12 9JF, and open daily from 10am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
