Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks launch new mortgage rates and cashback offer

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks have launched a £1000 cashback mortgage offer for homebuyers, along with a number of new mortgage rates.

The new cashback offer is available across a range of new and existing fixed and variable rate mortgages for both First Time Buyers and those moving home.

The £1000 cashback offer will run until 28th February 2015 and is available for those borrowing between £50,000 and £1,000,000.

The new mortgage rates launched today include 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate deals, some of which come with no arrangement fee, through branch and Direct Banking.
