Thatcham Quality Accredited range grows
Following the successful launch of Thatcham Quality Accreditation at the start of 2007, Thatcham continue to increase the accredited range.This week Thatcham confirmed the accreditation of a suite of Tracker Network UK Ltd’s products along with a suite of products provided by Cobra Automotive Technologies Ltd.
Tracker Network (UK) Ltd has been successful with accreditation applications for Tracker Retrieve, Monitor and Horizon as ‘Stolen Vehicle Location Devices’ and Tracker Response as a ‘Stolen Vehicle Tracking Device’. Cobra have also been successful with applications for Cobra Connex, ADR and Track Q / Trak Q Attivo.
These products add to the list of Telemetry based products from NavTrak, TrafficMaster, JaguarWatch, LandRoverWatch and I-mob already accredited to this new scheme.
Thatcham are working with many other manufacturers of both telemetry based vehicle security products and mechanical and electrical theft deterrent products.

The TQA scheme also has the support of motor insurers.
