Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is preparing to launch a brand new collection of high-quality homes to discerning property-hunters in Ryall, Worcestershire.

Situated on the edge of open countryside, and just across the river from pretty, lively Upton upon Severn, Pennywell Walk in Ryall will enjoy a lovely village location with excellent transport links and is within easy reach of Upton’s range of amenities.

The new range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes is due to be launched in September, but aspiring buyers can register their interest today to ensure they are among the first in line to choose from the initial selection of plots.

Elaine Taylor, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The countdown has now begun to the official launch of Pennywell Walk, our prestigious new development of high-quality homes.

“Opportunities to own a beautiful brand new home in such a popular location don’t come along very often, so I would urge would-be movers to register their interest now – and guarantee they are at the front of the queue when the first homes become available to purchase.”

Pennywell Walk will offer a wealth of choice for purchasers in a range of circumstances, from first-time buyers and downsizers through to couples and growing families looking to step up the property ladder in style. Detailed plans and prices for the first available homes will be revealed at the development launch.

Pennywell Walk is located in an established residential area in the spacious village of Ryall, and yet within half a mile of the lively little town of Upton upon Severn, just across the River Severn.

Historically, Upton upon Severn was a river port, alive with boats carrying goods to and from the rich agricultural areas around it. Today, pleasure craft have taken over the flourishing marina.

Upton's historic prosperity can be seen in its delightful old buildings, now occupied by attractive shops, lovely inns and interesting restaurants. The town’s liveliness is out of all proportion to its relatively small size, with a variety of cultural events such as the Jazz, Folk, Blues and Water Festivals which all draw crowds.

The area also has excellent transport links to the M5 and M50, and is just 10 miles south of the historic and bustling city of Worcester. Upton has its own primary school while Hanley Castle High School, rated ‘good’ by Ofsted, is located just outside the town.
