Get the first look at the new Taylor Wimpey homes coming soon to Houghton Regis

House-hunters in Bedfordshire now have the chance to get the very first look at Taylor Wimpey’s exciting new Regent’s Place development in Houghton Regis.

The leading housebuilder has unveiled more details of the stunning homes which will be on sale when this hotly anticipated collection launches in September, including two, three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments.

The attractive development, nestled between an established residential area and rolling farmland on the edge of historic, bustling Houghton Regis, is expected to generate high demand from property-seekers.

At the September launch, visitors can be the first to reserve their choice from the first plots to be made available for sale.

House types include the elegant, four-bedroom ‘Ashbury’, with its accommodation spread over three generous floors and the ground floor featuring a kitchen/breakfast room as well as a lounge/dining room.

Alternatively the flexible, three-bedroom, three-floor ‘Ashton’, is ideal for young families and includes an en suite master bedroom occupying the entire top floor.

The two-bedroom ‘Canford’, meanwhile is perfect for first time buyers and features a 200 square foot lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the rear garden.

Taylor Wimpey also offers a range of special offers, all designed to make moving easier and more affordable for savvy housebuyers.

They include the Government-backed loan scheme Help To Buy, and Part Exchange, through which Taylor Wimpey buy the customer’s existing property for an agreed offer price.

Handily-located Regent’s Place is within half a mile of Houghton Regis town centre, which includes a Morrison’s supermarket, and is in walking distance of no fewer than three different primary schools.
