The official opening by Lovell of new homes built as part of its Eaton View development, just two miles from the centre of Nuneaton, has received a highly positive response.

The company is delighted with the reaction from homeseekers to its two new show homes and new marketing suite. “We’ve had a steady stream of visitors, both residents living in the local area and people from further afield, who have looked round and given us some very positive comments about the homes,” says Lovell field sales manager Sian Lewin. “People have been particularly surprised at the size of our two-bedroom houses and how light and airy they are – and, of course, they love the professionally styled interiors.

Super starter homes

“We’d encourage anyone who hasn’t popped in yet to visit us and see what Eaton View has to offer, particularly first-time buyers, who will find that we’ve got some ideal starter homes available now.”

Two-bedroom properties at the development are priced from £128,950 (£103,160 price after Help to Buy Equity Loan) for the Featherston house style, with three-bedroom homes starting from £147,950 (£118,360 price after Help to Buy Equity Loan) for the Garthwood house style.

Homeseekers have been highly impressed with Lovell’s newly unveiled show homes - the three-bedroom Farewood and two-bedroom Featherston house styles – which are both beautifully designed as well as being a great advertisement for the development’s superb build quality and finishing.

The finished scheme will provide 59 two- and three-bedroom houses, including homes available through the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme which offers purchasers the chance to buy a brand-new property with a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage.

The development, to the north west of Nuneaton, is only two miles from the town’s mainline railway station, providing easy access for commuters to both Coventry and Birmingham. There are plenty of schools nearby and a wide range of leisure facilities and fresh air attractions include the Camp Hill woodland area and Stubbs Pool. The MFA Bowl is just two-and-a-half miles away while it’s less than ten miles to the Kingsbury Water Park.

Situated in Copper Beech Road, Nuneaton CV10 9FB, the marketing suite and show homes are now open from 11am to 5pm on Tuesdays and from Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm. You can also find out more by visiting lovellnewhomes.co.uk.
