Discerning property-seekers are being urged to attend a special Open House Weekend to discover the spacious layout of the impressive homes at Scarlet Pippin Orchard, Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after development in Lower Broadheath, Worcestershire.

Visitors to the development during Easter weekend on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th March can explore the stunning interiors of the last remaining properties, with three-bedroom homes available from £224,995 and four-bedroom designs from £329,995.

What’s more, an independent financial advisor and Taylor Wimpey experts will be at the event to offer advice about the helpful homebuyer incentives available at Scarlet Pippin Orchard for first-time buyers and those with a property to sell, including Help to Buy, Part Exchange and easymover.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “There are several beautiful properties which are nearly ready to move into at Scarlet Pippin Orchard and a range of helpful incentives on offer to make moving easier and more affordable – so lucky purchasers don’t need to wait to enjoy life at this wonderful development!

“Demand continues to run incredibly high at this fabulous development thanks to its idyllic countryside location – so I’d urge would-be buyers to come along to the Open House Weekend and see what’s on offer!”

The magnificent four-bedroom ‘Thornford’, priced from £384,995, for example, is a traditional double-fronted home featuring a spacious living room and a separate family room – both leading through French doors to the private rear garden – with a good-sized kitchen, a dining room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a luxurious en-suite master bedroom, three further well-appointed bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property also benefits from a detached double garage and driveway parking for two cars outside.

Eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can take advantage of Help to Buy, which enables them to access a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Meanwhile, Part Exchange customers receive an agreed offer price for their existing home, based on the average of independent professional valuations, with Taylor Wimpey acting as their cash buyer.

Alternatively, easymover sees Taylor Wimpey help existing homeowners find a buyer for their property, generally in a matter of weeks and sometimes in as little as a fortnight.

Lower Broadheath is an attractive rural village situated in the heart of the picturesque Malvern Hills district of Worcestershire. The village was once home to the great composer Edward Elgar, whose birthplace in Crown East Lane is now open to the public as a museum.

Residents at Scarlet Pippin Orchard will be able to enjoy easy access to a range of local amenities including a shop, a village hall, a church, a post office and a number of traditional pubs.

The historic city of Worcester offers a selection of high street shops, supermarkets and places to eat and drink as well as a theatre, a cathedral and two multi-screen cinemas. For commuters, the M5 is just a short drive from home, while Worcester railway station offers regular services to London, Birmingham and Bristol.

The Scarlet Pippin Orchard Open House Weekend takes place on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th March between 11am and 5pm. The development is located off Bell Lane, Lower Broadheath, Worcestershire, WR2 6RR, and open Thursday to Monday between the same times. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
