Homebuyers urged to register interest as planning permission granted for new phase at Lyde Green

Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has moved a step closer to unveiling a brand new phase of high-quality homes at its Lyde Green development near Bristol – after a planning application was formally approved by the local authority.

Detailed planning permission has now been granted for Portal, an exciting new collection of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses in Emersons Green, paving the way for Taylor Wimpey to start work at the site.

This latest stage of development is set to build on the success of the current phase of new homes at Lyde Green – and would-be buyers are being urged to register their interest today ahead of its forthcoming launch this spring.
