Imagine yourself in a brand new home - entertaining friends alfresco in a wonderful garden and keeping the kids happy with school holiday sleep overs, all without comprising your space.

All this and so much more is available at Linden Homes North’s popular Willeby Heights development in the North Yorkshire village of Thorpe Willoughby – but for a short time only.

A fantastic commuting retreat just off the A63 close to the town of Selby, there is now a final chance to buy a family home at the development and move in for summer.

Linden Homes is also offering the customers the chance to curb the cost of moving to one of the remaining four-bedroom detached homes, which are due for June completion.

With a price tag of £299,950, the detached Hunsley design is perfect for the modern family, with an attractive ground floor layout including a spacious lounge, which flows into a dining room and kitchen through bi-folding French doors. There is also a utility room and cloakroom.

Four generous sized bedrooms make up the first floor, along with family bathroom and ensuite facilities to the master bedroom. The property also has an integral garage.

The remaining homes at the 149-property development are perfect for ‘next time buyers’. For those with an existing property to sell, there is the popular and hassle-free Part Exchange scheme.

There is no chain, valuations are obtained on your behalf, and Linden Homes will deal directly with the estate agent.

Here’s how it works:

Linden Homes will arrange for at least three independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions.

Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your cash buyer, freeing you up to place your reservation on your new home.

Stay in your old home until your new one is ready to move in to.

After that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things, and basking in the relief of a quick chain-free move to the home of your dreams.
Meanwhile, the Help To Buy scheme can enable buyers to get more home for their money.

Buyers are required to provide just a five per cent deposit to then borrow a further 20 per cent from the Government in the form of an equity loan. They then only need a 75 per cent mortgage agreed by their bank or building society to secure their home.

The sales and marketing suite is open seven days a week from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, visit lindenhomes.co.uk.
