Take care not to be squeezed out of the scrum when Redrow launches its latest development near Rugby.

The award-winning housebuilder is preparing to touch down with its latest homes at Cawston Meadows in Cawston in the autumn, with sales being launched off plan before the opening of stunning show homes in early 2017.

Properties at its last development in the area sold out quickly last year and buyers have been eagerly awaiting the next venture from the award-winning housebuilder.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “We know from the success of our previous development in Cawston that demand is going to be high so we would urge people to register an interest as soon as they can.

“There’s already a number of people showing an interest in the development, not least some who missed out last year and have been waiting for another opportunity to invest in one of our quality Heritage Collection homes.”

The development on Coventry Road will see the building of 68 private sale properties, alongside 45 affordable homes.

All will be from Redrow’s sought-after Heritage Collection. Inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement, they will combine traditional craftsmanship exteriors with bright and spacious, modern interiors.

The first homes available for sale will be four and five-bedroom houses. But Redrow is keen to stress it doesn’t just build homes – it builds communities too.

Pauline added: “We have pledged to invest more than £5m in the local community with improvements to open space in the surrounding area, new and upgraded sports facilities and many other amenities which will benefit not just our residents but the community as a whole.”

Set on the edge of Rugby, Cawston Meadows will be within easy reach of the M45, M6 and M1, and less than an hour from London by direct train, so it is perfect for commuters. But, with a choice of excellent schools in the area, including the famous Rugby School at which the game is said to have been invented, it is ideal for families too.
