North Yorkshire village sees new home sales soar

New Redrow homes at Saxon Gardens in the stunning North Yorkshire village of Sherburn in Elmet have been selling fast - with neighbouring development The Sycamores now open to help keep pace with demand.

After show homes opened in March this year, Saxon Gardens – a selection of 299 three and four-bedroom homes on Low Street - has already clocked up 38 sales and four ‘early bird’ reservations.

The Sycamores, which also features homes in three and four-bedroom styles, recently launched for reservations ahead of the opening of its first show home in October.

Homes at both ventures hail from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, which marries Arts and Crafts architectural design of the late 19th / early 20th century, with contemporary interiors, resulting in an impressive range of spacious family homes.

Currently availability at Saxon Gardens includes three-bedroom homes from £224,950 and four-bedroom homes from £264,950.

At the Sycamores, the three-bedroom Worcester is available from £289,950, along with the four-bedroom Cambridge from £317,950 and the three-bedroom Leamington from £326,950.

A range of new styles is coming soon to both developments.
