With a database of more than 400 potential purchasers, new homes in Cawston, near Rugby are in demand.

Redrow’s new Cawston Meadows development will offer 68 homes from the sought-after Heritage Collection with its Arts & Crafts inspired designs.

Due to the high volume of enquiries, selected properties will be released ‘off plan’ in late October/ early November. Those who’ve registered their interest will be invited to an exclusive event, giving them the chance to reserve ‘off plan’ before the homes go on general release.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “Redrow is a brand people in this part of Warwickshire will hopefully be aware of, as our earlier development in Cawston was a sell-out success. Buyers have certainly been showing a strong interest in our latest new homes and in response to the high demand we will be releasing selected properties ‘off plan’ in the coming weeks ahead.

“The beauty of buying a brand new home in a development’s early stages is the sheer amount of choice available. Firstly, there’s a greater chance of securing your preferred style of home in the position you want. And, once you’ve reserved, there are plenty of opportunities to make it your own.”

Prices for the four and five-bedroom detached homes, which combine period style architectural features with bright, modern interiors, will be announced at the launch.

Customers will be able to explore the different layouts via redrow.co.uk and by becoming an online member of ‘My Redrow’ can book appointments, look at what’s included, and make direct contact with recommended new build mortgage specialists.

Once they’ve reserved, buyers can also use My Redrow to make their design choices, selecting the finish of things like the kitchen or the bathroom tiles, perhaps adding practical extras such as hot and cold water filter taps, additional appliances or even eco options like a charging point for an electric car or water butt.

“While we’ll initially be selling ‘off plan’ at Cawston Meadows, we have a proven track record of building quality homes that people really want to live in and have won numerous industry awards over the years,” Pauline adds.

Set on the edge of Rugby, the new homes at Cawston Meadows will be within easy reach of the M45, M6 and M1, and less than an hour from London by direct train, so it is perfect for commuters. With a choice of excellent schools in the area, including the famous Rugby School at which the game is said to have been invented, it is ideal for families too.
