Interest in the new homes at Taylor Wimpey’s Saxon Fields development in Biggleswade is showing no sign of slowing – and in response to demand, the housebuilder is set to unveil a new selection of stylish one and two-bedroom apartments.

These properties are due to be released for sale this spring and each will be available with the Help to Buy scheme which enables eligible purchasers to access a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

In the meantime, prospective purchasers are advised to register an interest online at taylorwimpey.co.uk to keep up to date with the latest news.

Jack Costello, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Thames, says: “The one and two-bedroom apartments coming soon at Saxon Fields will offer superb value for home-hunters, and we’re already experiencing a great deal of interest in these new designs.

“I’d advise anyone hoping to make one their home to get in touch today and ensure they receive information about the launch as it becomes available.”

Prices for the apartments are being kept under wraps until the launch, but the new designs all offer thoughtful modern layouts that are perfect for contemporary living.

Help to Buy is available for eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to help with the purchase of new-build homes up to the value of £600,000. There’s no salary cap for customers taking advantage of the scheme.

Saxon Fields enjoys a sought-after location in the popular new community of King’s Reach, which is situated to the south-east of Biggleswade town centre, bordered by open countryside yet within easy reach of day-to-day facilities.

King’s Reach offers plenty of opportunities for pleasant walks and cycle rides, while Biggleswade boasts a wide selection of high street and independent shops, a bustling weekly market, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, health facilities and a leisure centre and pool.

For commuters, Biggleswade railway station is only a mile from the development and offers frequent services to London King’s Cross in as little as 35 minutes, while the A1 for the capital and the north is just half a mile from home.

The development is located at 7 Holbrook Grove, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 8UG, and is open daily between 10am and 5.30pm (2pm to 5.30pm on Mondays).
