A brand new development – offering new homes designs and layouts for open plan and family living in North Yorkshire - officially opens its doors this month.

Following the success of the Willeby Heights development in Thorpe Willoughby, Linden Homes East Yorkshire is now offering an opportunity to buy a brand new home in the popular village of Brayton near Selby.

The development will boast a range of 30 three and four-bedroom homes in the first release to suit a variety of styles, affordability and lifestyle requirements. A new sales and marketing suite is poised to opens its doors at Bluebell Rise during the weekend of July 29th/30th.

There will be a chance for potential customers to register their interest in the first phase of properties planned for the Barff Lane development – and reap the numerous benefits of this and buying new including:

- Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
- Choosing preferred taste in wall tiles and kitchen units
- Having a blank canvas from which to plan a new home
- Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
- New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient than their older counterparts.
- 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection
- Lower utility bills – new homes are designed to comply with the very latest government building regulations and are already fitted with up to date heating systems, excellent wall and loft insulations and double glazed windows.
- New homes are six times more energy efficient than older style homes - a linden home generates over 60 per cent less CO2 emissions than older style homes meaning much lower energy bills and cost savings all round.
- Virtually maintenance free homes – spend time on what you enjoy doing rather than what needs doing.
- Everything is new with no hidden costs over second hand properties.
- The availability of Help to Buy – available on new build homes only.

Linden Homes East Yorkshire sales manager Julie Hubbard said: “We are very excited to officially open our sales and marketing suite and give our visitors the chance to see what is on offer at the development.”

The first new homes are due to an autumn/early winter completion.

With the town of Selby just a couple of miles away, there is plenty to enjoy from this bustling corner of North Yorkshire. Offering the best of both worlds, the location is perfect for commuters travelling to York, Leeds or Hull - while the quieter pace of Brayton Barff offers walks and bird watching.

York and Leeds are around half an hour from Selby by train.
