Late summer launch for 200 homes at Brampton Park

Linden Homes Midlands is expanding its property portfolio in Huntingdonshire – poised to officially launch its new Brampton Park development in early September.

Interest in the 239 home development has been growing, with registered potential purchasers invited to a pre-launch event at the Brampton Park Golf Club.

The homes will be built on former RAP Brampton land, as part of a consortium development for the area. Linden Homes Midlands will be the first of the developers to be present at the site, and the first phase of new 109 homes available will be a selection of three, four and five-bedroom properties – built on the RAF base land.

Many of the design aspects will be in keeping with the local area, including coloured sash windows, plinths, render and other details which Linden Homes say will reflect the history, characteristics, listed building and mature landscape surrounding the site.

The aim is to create a natural and peaceful environment for the local community of new residents at Brampton Park.

While prices for the new homes have yet to be finalised, potential buyers have the chance to reserve from plan now.
