If you are looking to move home in 2018 – there’s a chance to get more for your money at the Brampton Park development in Huntingdonshire.

Interest in the Linden Homes Midlands development has grown since its launch in the autumn, with a number of properties having already been reserved from plan.

A stunning selection of three, four and five-bedroom properties make up the 239-home development on former RAF Brampton land.

The popular Help to Buy incentive is available at Brampton Park, where purchasers need only a minimum five per cent deposit to secure one of the fantastic new homes.

The Help to Buy scheme was launched back in April 2013 and applies to a range of potential purchasers, including first-time and next-time buyers on properties up to the value of £600,000.

Buyers are required to provide just a five per cent deposit to then borrow a further 20 per cent from the Government in the form of an equity loan – leaving them needing only a 75 per cent mortgage agreed by their bank or building society to secure their home.

And there is a special offer on Plot 3 – the five-bedroom detached Burghley house type. For a limited time only, Linden Homes Midlands will pay £5,000 towards stamp duty if the property is reserved by 31 January 2018 (subject to terms and conditions).

The property will also come with upgraded kitchen appliances, adding to the already large
appeal of this spacious family home.

Brampton Park is a consortium development for the area, with Linden Homes Midlands will be the first of the first developers to be present at the site.

Many of the design aspects will be in keeping with the local area, including coloured sash windows, plinths, render and other details which Linden Homes say will reflect the history, characteristics, listed building and mature landscape surrounding the site.

The aim is to create a natural and peaceful environment for the local community of new residents at Brampton Park.

And by getting ahead of the game and reserving a brand new home from plan, customers can reap numerous benefits including:

- Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
- Contemporary kitchens and bathrooms
- Choosing preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
- Choosing preferred kitchen units and worktops
- Having a blank canvas from which to plan a new home
- Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
- New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient than their older counterparts.
- 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection

Brampton Park enjoys easy access by road to the A1 and A14 to Peterborough and Cambridge as excellent rail links to nearby Peterborough, Huntingdon, St Neots and Sandy – all easily accessible by train.

The sales and marketing suite is open daily from 10.30am until 5pm. For more details, visit lindenhomes.co.uk. Prices currently start from £299,950 for a three-bedroom semi-detached home.
