Buyers can bag an affordable home in Bedford at De Montfort Place

Bedfordshire has been crowned the best region in the UK for purchasing a property through the Government’s Help to Buy scheme. Recent research from Totally Money examined each district across the country to generate a list of hotspots for the scheme; Central Bedfordshire offered the highest number of Help to Buy loans with 1,710 per individual, making buyers’ first step on the property ladder far more achievable .
