Coulter Truck & Van opens new dealership at St Helens

Coulter Truck and Van, the Northern Ireland based Renault Trucks distributor, has expanded its operation onto the UK mainland, with the opening of a new dealership at the Haydock Cross Industrial Estate, St Helens, Lancashire.

Strategically located just off Junction 23 of the M6, the new site encompasses 40,000 square feet of commercial vehicle workshop and office space, with over an acre of parking on site. Coulter Truck and Van will offer a full range of aftermarket services for both vans and trucks from the new site, including a digital tachograph centre, MoT workshops and the Renault Trucks 24/24 roadside assistance service.

Coulter Truck and Van has been a Renault dealer since 1990 and became the sole distributor for Renault Trucks in Northern Ireland in August 2000. The company’s existing sites are located Newtownabbey and Portadown, from which it retails a complete range of Renault commercial vehicles from 2.8 tonnes to 44 tonnes. These are supported by a comprehensive aftersales offer, including servicing and repairs for all makes of trucks and vans, fully equipped mobile ‘workshops’ on hand day and night, Renault Trucks 24/24 breakdown and recovery computer diagnostics providing customers with vehicle performance downloads.
