SHAWtrack expands hire service with new Renault Premiums
Leading designer and manufacturer of bespoke transportation vehicles, SHAWtrack Services, is currently taking delivery of 50 new Renault Premium 370.26s, through Nottingham based Renault Trucks distributor, RH Commercials, with another 130 of the same on order for delivery next year.The new Renault Premiums, which have automatic gearboxes, are being fitted, by SHAWtrack, with low profile beavertail bodies and crane bodies to be used by its hire service arm, SHAWhire. The new trucks will significantly expand Renault Trucks presence on SHAWhire’s fleet.
Jeff Wright, Sales Director, SHAWtrack, says: “We evaluated all the other manufacturers and found that Renault offered a far superior service network. As a nationwide company, it is vital for us to have full support and back-up across the country. We acquired a number of Renault Premiums last year to replace our existing MANs and have been delighted with the performance and back-up we have received. Our company is expanding and we feel confident that we can rely on Renault Trucks to grow with us.”
Based in Mansfield, with a branch in Blairgowrie, Scotland, SHAWtrack Services Ltd. specialises in the manufacture of low profile beavertail bodies for the national plant equipment industry. The company also builds other specialist vehicles to bespoke specifications. Established in 1987, SHAWtrack has a fleet of 70 vehicles on hire and employs over 35 people.
