New series of the Used Car Roadshow on ITV4

Each year over 7 million used cars are bought in Britain and the Used Car Roadshow is the only television programme dedicated to this huge market.

It’s ITV’s newest and biggest car TV programme and is back on your screens on Wednesday and Saturday evenings on ITV4.

Presented by Jason Dawe (former Top Gear presenter and Sunday Times journalist) and Penny Mallory (former Ladies World Rally Driving Champion), each show will be packed with useful tips and expert advice for those buying and selling used cars.

Joining the team for this series is Chris Piper the shows’ resident mechanic who gives tips on easy to do car maintenance and Zoë Hardman who will be taking buyers through the auction experience.

Every week, Jason Dawe the UK’s leading used car expert, joins Penny Mallory to help one lucky buyer find their dream used car. With budgets and tastes ranging from a £1000 to £30,000, Jason and Penny come up with three tempting used car alternatives before haggling down the price to get the buyer the best possible deal.

Other regular features include Body and Soul, a glimpse of the latest modifications and gadgets you can try out on your car; Teenage Kicks, the cars you lusted after as a teenager but couldn’t afford to insure, let alone buy; Where’s the Jack which offers practical advice on how to stay safe and save pounds on your cars maintenance and Auction Fever arms buyers with the information and confidence to avoid scams, increase the value of their cars and bag a real bargain.

Filmed in Leeds in front of a studio audience you too could get involved either as a buyer, a seller or a member of the audience.
