e-GoodManners urges dealers to communicate

Sales lead management company, e-GoodManners is helping dealers to keep in touch with prospective buyers with the launch of a new communication suite module.

Available as an add-on to the existing e-GoodManners application, the suite is designed to improve relations with prospective purchasers and to increase follow-up calls. The module provides direct communication between the dealership and client base on a one-to-one or group level.

Users have the option to send SMS messages, letters or emails instantly from a nominated workstation using the customer's preferred method of contact. Individual communications can then be created from scratch or by selecting a predefined global, dealership or individual template, maintaining a consistent and professional image at all times.

Additionally, the sophisticated search facility tailors communicate to groups using customer lifecycle data, vehicle information and customer's interests.

Using the data stored by e-GoodManners, which can be imported directly into the suite, dealers are able to personalise the message the customer receives while a fully automated audit facility keeps history of all the communications that leaves the dealership.
