New live motor show for specialist UK car manufacturers

Race Retro LIVE, at Donington Park on 18/19 August 2007, is a new event from the organisers of Race Retro, the International Historic Motorsport Show. There are dozens of specialist car manufacturers in the UK and this event will bring many of them together, along with selected imports, in one place for the first time – and there will even be opportunities to experience the cars on track!

Sports cars, supercars, classic and retro cars, racing cars, track-day cars and specialist cars of all sorts – from both UK manufacturers and importers – will be seen on static display, plus heard and felt in live action on the Donington Park circuit.

Attractions include:

Manufacturer displays, including Morgan, Marcos, Chevron, Proteus and Crosslé Cars.

Live experiences, including the opportunity for on-track rides.

Track sessions: 34 track sessions over the weekend for manufacturers, clubs and invited drivers.

Trade mall, with accessories and related products.

Motor clubs’ reserved track sessions and marque parking areas.

Race Retro LIVE takes place during National Motorsport Week and has the support of

Donington Ventures Leisure, the Motorsport Industry Association (MIA), UK Trade and Investment, and the Motor Sports Association.
