DSA at Mobility Road Show

18th July 2007 Print
The world's largest outdoor mobility event is taking place this year at Kemble Airfield, near Cirencester, when Driving Standards Agency staff will join around 200 organisations in the Mobility Road Show.

The motor show for disabled people aims to give anyone with a mobility problem - drivers, passengers, adults or children - the chance to see what is available to help solve that problem and give them a chance to try out the options in a 'no pressure' environment.

The event opens every day at 10am from 19-21 July. Many of the major car companies, plus vehicle adaptation and conversion specialists, mobility aids manufacturers, scooter and wheelchair manufacturers, charities, insurance specialists and holiday companies will be attending.

Visitors to our stand in the Indoor Exhibition Stand A11 and A12 will be able to have a go at a mock theory test, including the hazard perception test. DSA staff will be on hand to answer queries about learning to drive and safer driving for those already on the road. Examiners and staff from the Driving Standards Agency will be offering advice and information about the driving test.
