Direct link to Thatcham methods for AudaEnterprise Gold users
Thatcham’s escribe subscribers now have direct access to Thatcham’s model specific repair methods, through a link within Audatex’ new AudaEnterprise Gold estimating system. This new functionality will allow those using AudaEnterprise Gold and escribe to quickly and seamlessly access Thatcham methods information through this popular estimating system. The Thatcham escribe link is available from both Audatex’ manufacturers’ times system and its TTS times module. Audatex is the only estimating system that provides both data sets. The company joins a range of estimating system houses who are offering their customers a direct link to Thatcham methods.
This new feature is in line with Thatcham’s continuing aim to provide vehicle repairers with easy access to reliable methods information. Driven by repairers and estimators themselves, this requirement for information is primarily in response to continuing enhancements in vehicle technology and the repairers desire to continue to offer safe, quality repair.
Both organisations can add value to their product subscriptions from this enhancement, but ultimately those customers looking for comprehensive vehicle repair times and methods information will be the winners.
Jason Moseley, Chief Operating Officer at Thatcham, said “Thatcham is continuing to work closely with all estimating system providers, enabling them to enhance these vital products and ultimately to provide repairers with the information they need at the start of the vehicle repair process. Audatex are the latest estimating system provider to see the benefits of offering customers fully researched repair methods, alongside times, in order to facilitate safe, quality repair”
Paul Tucker, Managing Director of Audatex UK said “Access to Thatcham escribe methods within AudaEnterprise Gold is a powerful information resource at the point of estimate for our customers. Together Audatex and Thatcham are delivering a comprehensive, affordable solution to a real industry need.”
