Black cabs take Bristol forward LTI Vehicles’ famous black cabs are being used to attract industrial and warehousing business to Bristol.

The taxis are spreading the word about Bristolworks – an organisation which operates three trading estates in the region.

Emblazoned on the side of the fleet of taxis will be information detailing the opportunities available to forward-thinking businesses.

Matthew Cheyne, Sales and Marketing Director of LTI Vehicles, said: “Many firms use the sides of taxis to advertise because they are well-recognised and symbolic vehicles.

“And because they are on the road all day they provide excellent eye-catching coverage and exposure.

“We are delighted that Bristolworks have chosen our vehicles to promote the opportunities they provide in the region.”

Chris Davies, of Bristol property specialist Colliers CRE, says taxi advertising is a very competitive way of putting out a message to consumers.

He commented: “For the money it is an effective way of getting the firm’s message across.

“They are travelling around Bristol all the time, it’s an awareness thing and it seems to be successful.”

LTI Vehicles is widely recognised as one of the finest purpose-built vehicle manufacturers in the world.

Their latest model, the TX4, is the state-of-the-art vehicle for passenger comfort, disability access and safety, without sacrificing the distinctive shape of the London black cab.
