Standard Life announces new Freestyle mortgage rates

Standard Life Bank has announced highly-competitive rates across a range of its Freestyle flexible mortgage products.

Highlights include a 2-year Discount Limited Offer from 4.69% (6.8% APR) up to 75% LTV and a Buy-to-Let 3-year fix Limited Offer from 5.40% (7.4% APR) up to 85% LTV.

These rates are available from Friday 13th April for a limited period only and subject to availability.

In addition to these competitive rates, Standard Life Bank is offering no legal fees to re-mortgage on selected products when using a Standard Life Bank panel Solicitor, or £250 towards costs.
