New ERC free credit impaired range from Godiva

On Friday 29 June, Godiva Mortgages, the specialist lending subsidiary of Coventry Building Society, is launching a range of new credit impaired mortgages without ERCs.

Borrowers with credit problems will be able to choose from a range of flexible trackers and fixed rates in the near prime, extra light and light adverse categories. All the products offer a free valuation and free legal fees for remortgagors. A booking fee of £199 and an arrangement fee of £800 applies to all products.
